| We have a full time Timber Buyer on staff that is knowledgeable in the Managed Forest Law (MFL) or Programs and can help you navigate through the complicated process of cutting timber on your property in the MFL. We work very closely with the local County Foresters and Consulting Foresters and have a firm grasp as to what they are looking for in MFL timber harvesting. We are also very capable in helping landowners who's properties are not in the MFL programs but just need help in havesting their timber. We firmly believe that forest land or timberland is a crop and if it is managed proper will be an asset to the land owner and future generations. Healthy forest land or timber land is good for everyone. |

| Our Timber Buyer will appraise your timber for free of charge at any time, no strings attached. Please note that marking your timber for cutting will be done free of charge only after we have come to an agreement and a contract is signed. We do our very best to make sure your timber is cut to your specifications or to Managed Forest Law Programs requirements, that your land is enrolled in. Remember you do not need to have a County Forester or Consultant Agency mark your timber for cutting when in enrolled in a MFL program, we can do the marking and then have the County Forester approve the marking for harvesting and you can have it done with out paying a percentage to anyone. |
